ISPGR is pleased to announce that the society will be hosting a series of online events throughout 2020 and 2021 to facilitate scientific exchange and continue to support the membership and community. The board is pleased to announce a call for submissions for the first set of contributed online interactive symposia/panels.
Sessions will consist of a series of talks around a specific theme and should include a keynote lecture and 4 – 6 associated papers for a duration of approximately 2.5 hours.

Please note that any workshop organizer submitting a proposal must be a member of ISPGR in good standing.
All proposals will be reviewed for consideration, with submitters notified of the outcome in late November, prior to the second round of applications. Organizers are welcome to contact ISPGR directly for further information.
Deadline for submissions is November 16, 2020 at 23:59 Central Standard Time.
ISPGR members in good standing will be provided the opportunity to submit to specific confirmed sessions following the initial call.
Individual paper submissions will be reviewed by the ISPGR Scientific Content Committee for scientific merit and review scores will be shared with the session organizer for consideration.
Diversity (geographic, PI group, gender, and ethnicity) along with review scores will be considered during the decision making process. Between 4 – 6 contributed papers will be accepted for presentation as part of the interactive online presentation.
The second submission stage is expected to be open from December 15, 2020 – January 14, 2021
November 16, 2020 – Close of online session submissions
December 8, 2020 – Anticipated acceptance decisions
December 15, 2020 – Individual paper submissions open
January 14, 2021 – Individual paper submissions close
End of February 2021 – Individual paper decisions
