Online Symposia Submissions

ISPGR is pleased to announce that the society will be hosting a series of online events throughout  2021 to facilitate scientific exchange and continue to support the membership and community. The board is pleased to announce a call for submissions for contributed online interactive symposia/panels.

Sessions will consist of a series of talks around a specific theme and should include a keynote lecture and 4 – 6 associated papers for a duration of approximately 2.5 hours.

Submission Process

 

Webinar organizers are required to provide the following information using the online submission portal:

  • Background and objective of the proposed session (1000 characters maximum)
  • Theme of the proposed session (50 characters maximum)
  • Confirmed speakers, including their affiliation and credentials
  • Individual talk titles and abstracts (1800 characters maximum for each abstract)
  • Contact information for the organizer/chair

Please note that any workshop organizer submitting a proposal must be a member of ISPGR in good standing.

All proposals will be reviewed for consideration, with submitters notified of the outcome in late May.  Organizers are welcome to contact ISPGR directly for further information.

Deadline for submissions is May 10, 2021 at 23:59 Central Standard Time.

Key Dates

April 12, 2021 – Open of online symposia submissions

May 10, 2021 – Close of online symposia submissions

May 24, 2021 – Anticipated acceptance decisions
