Brunel University London has an opening for a PhD student in the field of Computer Graphics and Immersive Virtual Environments starting in October 2020. The focus of the position is on modelling haptic control of hand movements using Virtual Reality technology. The position is a part of an interdisciplinary project involving researchers in Computer Graphics, Simulation, Virtual Reality and Cognitive Neuroscience.This PhD position is funded by the EPSRC, and the candidate will be supervised by Dr. Arthur Money and Dr. Nadine Aburumman from the Computer Science department and Dr. Marco Davare and Academic Advisor Professor Dido Green, from the Clinical Science department.

This scholarship is only available for UK nationals, UK residents with indefinite leave to remain/settled status, or EU nationals who are legally residing in the UK for 3 or more years, not wholly or mainly for the purpose of receiving full time education.
