The Joint World Congress of ISPGR & Gait and Mental Function will take place June 24 - 28, 2012 at the Clarion Hotel and Congress Centre in Trondheim, Norway.

Registration Fees*
ISPGR Members receive preferential registration fees for the Congress. Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students only. The student rate is not applicable to post-doctorates. The fee structure (in Canadian dollars) for the Congress is as follows:

*Registration for the Congress includes admission to all scientific sessions, a copy of the printed Congress Program, access to all coffee breaks and lunches daily, the Welcome Reception on Sunday, June 24, an Organ Concert at the Nidaros Cathedral on Monday, June 25 and the Mid-Summer Dinner Party - Poolside on Wednesday, June 27. If you are staying at the Clarion Hotel and Congress Centre Trondheim, breakfast is included in your room rate.
Accomanying Guest Tickets
Members traveling with family or guests may purchase accompanying guest tickets for their guests. Tickets can be purchased individually for meal functions and excursions. Meal function prices are outlined below. Excursion prices can be found on the Excursions page.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. The amount paid less a $50 processing fee will be refunded for cancellations post-marked or faxed prior to May 13, 2012. Following this date, no refunds will be issued.
