Maximum poster size::

100 x 140 cm; portrait (vertical) format:: width=100; height=140.

If you like you can use this MS PowerPoint template to prepare your poster. The page size of the template is already set at the suggested size. 

Set up time::

Session # 1 - before 9,00 or during the morning break on Monday June 22;

Session # 2 - before 9,00 or during the morning break on Wednesday June 24;

Break down time::

Session # 1 - before 15,00 on Tuesday June 23;

Session # 2 - before 18,00 on Thursday June 25; Poster boards will be disassembled starting at 18,30, so any posters still left up after this time will be placed in the trash.

Poster presentations::

Authors are expected to be at their posters for the entire poster viewing session, with the following schedule::

Monday June 22 - [14,00 - 15,30] Session # 1, odd-numbered posters (from P.1 to P.191)

Tuesday June 23 - [9,00 - 10,30] Session # 1, even-numbered posters (from P.2 to P.192)

Wednesday June 24 - [14,00 - 15,30] Session # 2, odd-numbered posters (from P.193 to P.383)

Thursday June 25 - [14,00 - 15,30] Sessione # 2, even-numbered posters (from P.194 to P.384)

When at the conference check the conference rooms map and the abstract book for the poster layout plan to find out where your poster(s) will be displayed.
