The city of Bologna offers a wide variety of hotels. Bologna is a very busy city but June is a good time to visit it since there is quite a low demand for hotel rooms for business at that time.
The conference organization have booked a wide number of rooms for this Conference at several hotels in the city centre (all are less than 500 m far from the conference venue).
All reservations must be made by the participants themselves, using the online or traditional registration procedures described below.
Special rates negotiated for ISPGR are listed in the tables below. Please note that we booked also a limited number of rooms in the University residence that will be provided on a first-come first-serve basis.

- Reservation must be submitted no later than June, 10th
- Rates are per night per room, and include buffet breakfast and Italian VAT

- Rates are per night per room, and include Italian VAT. These rates do not include breakfast which is not served at the residence.
- The number of available rooms is limited. Reservation will be processed on a first-come first-serve basis. Reservation for Collegio Erasmus must in any case be submitted no later than April, 17th
- Following reception of your request "Convention and Travel" will send back a confirmation request, indicating the total cost of your reservation
- A fixed fee of Euro 10,00 per room will be charged for Collegio Erasmus reservation as processing expenses
- In case of reservation for rooms with 2, 3 or 4 beds, you must indicate in your reservation email the names of all of the occupants of your room
- Telephone reservation will not be accepted
