Must be Registered to Submit
You must be a current ISPGR member and logged in to submit an abstract.
Only after you register to the Society you will be able to proceed with your submission.
Online Submittal
The ISPGR will be using Oxford Abstracts for all abstract submissions.
- After you create your new account with Oxford Abstracts, you can build your abstract over time.
- The fee to submit an abstract is $25 and will be collected as you submit your abstract for review.

Review Period + Acceptance Letters
Review of abstracts for acceptance as a poster or oral presentation will be done by members of the Scientific Committee. Notification to the authors regarding the status of their abstract will be provided by mid-February 2009.
Abstract Formats
The abstract submission instructions below are identical to those you will see on the abstract submittal site.
- ABSTRACT LIMIT:: There is a limit of two abstracts that can be submitted with the same presenter.
- CHARACTER LIMIT:: The abstract should be at least 200 words, but not exceeding one A4 page, including figures and/or tables.This limit includes the abstract body, table or image. It does NOT include the title.
- TYPING INSTRUCTIONS:: Use font type Arial, with single spaced lines. Abstract text (12 points) is justified at two sides; paragraphs are not indented.
- TITLE:: The title should be entered in all lowercase letters except for the first word (ex: Cognitive tuning of corticospinal excitibility during human gait). Do not use formatting tags in the title (with the possible exception of the lowercase tag).
- FILE FORMAT:: All abstracts must be saved as a Microsoft Word .doc for submission.

Book of abstract
Accepted papers will be published in a conference proceedings book (ISBN coded) and as pdf on the conference website.
'Yes/No' Debates Proposals
A template file for preparing and submitting proposals for 'Yes/No' debates is available for download here. Please fill in the form in all its sections and send it by email to:: ispgr2009@ispgr.org before January 30, 2009. Submitted proposals will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
Selected topics will be included in the final program of the Conference and in the proceedings book. Debate proposal is free of charge.
